Costs are charged to clients on a scale that reflects time taken together with the complexity of the work done and the responsibility involved. To achieve this the staff maintain careful records of their time and the clients for whom they are working. It enables a fair charge to be made.
We operate a scheme of regular payment of fees under bankers order, which allows the client to spread the cost. Invoices for recurring work are presented annually on completion and any balance is payable on presentation. Credit balances are carried forward unless a repayment is requested.
Fees for non recurring or special work are charged upon completion.
We are always prepared to discuss likely fees before undertaking an assignment.
We make no charge for assessing requirements at the initial interview.
